- Where is your store based?

- Where can you ship?
*As of 2/20/26:
I will only be shipping domestically, within the United States of America. Flat shipping rates have been applied to all physical products.
- When will you ship my order?
For in-stock items, I will ship orders once or twice a week (either on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays). Pre-orders will be shipped one - two weeks after the pre-order period is closed.
When ordering items in-stock with pre-orders, please know that I won't ship your order until the pre-order item arrives.
(If you would like to receive your order in batches and don't mind paying extra shipping fees, please order your items seperately. I will not be combining orders.).
- Can I change my shipping address?
If I have not shipped your order, yes, you may change it. However, please contact me the changes at least 24 hours before my shipping dates (Wednesdays and Saturdays PST).
If I have shipped your order, I will not refund or send you another shipment.
- What are your return + exchange policies?
All sales are final! There are no returns or exchange requests after the checkout process. (If the order you hae received is incorrect or damaged by shipping, please contact me with photo evidence and details).
